01. Professional Status
Ben’s Hosting provides design and consulting. I am not a licensed architect. All concepts are for visualization and may require a licensed professional’s seal for regulatory approval.
02. No Binding Agreement
A project inquiry is not a formal contract. A binding agreement only exists once a separate, project-specific contract is signed by both parties.
03. Right to Refuse
Ben’s Hosting reserves the right to decline any project inquiry for any reason, without the need for detailed justification or notice.
04. Project Timelines
Timeframes discussed are estimates only. I am not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, permit approvals, or external variables.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ben’s Hosting is not liable for damages resulting from the use of designs or the inability to obtain permits.
